HPI Mindfulness Month of May Challenge
This month we have the HPI Mindfulness Month of May Challenge! Starting Wednesday 1st of May, everyday till 31st May The Challenge: Meditate every day for 30 days (or 1 month) Most people know that meditation and mindfulness have benefits to physical and mental health, but it’s likely the benefits are even greater, entering the areas known vaguely as ‘spiritual’ health and consciousness. However, despite the evidence-based (and likely other, deeper) benefits, many people struggle to create the habit of meditation and mindfulness. With this challenge, it is a great way to overcome the struggle as we provide support, tips, and resources to help you be more consistent with your practices of meditation and mindfulness.
