Vol 1 Issue 4 June 2025 Nutripaedia Digest is out now!
How we create Nutripaedia: How do we decide which articles to include… and to be honest, we don’t decide! The research decides for us! We have alerts set for all the major nutrients, including the macronutrients, all essential vitamins and minerals, essential fatty acids, and the major supplements and herbs used in sports and clinical nutrition, and herbal medicine practice, respectively. As the research is published, we add articles to Nutripaedia or update existing articles, and we add major updates along with research snippets to the Monthly Digest Editions.

June 2025 Members Workshop Q&A Replay!
The group in this workshop discussed various topics ranging from calcium intake on a low histamine diet and how to support this with optimal supplementation, of vitamin D and K2 co-administration. We talked about protein options for young athletes, and post-exercise nutrition. Jess Silk shared experiences of nervous system activation and sought potential causes, while Anna Francis-Stead inquired about creating effective nutrition plans for clients, emphasising simplicity and foundational needs. Kate Burford highlighted the positive impact of a low histamine diet and DAO enzymes on sleep, and the importance of individualized assessment and addressing fundamental health issues before focusing on complex nuances.
