April Members Workshop TONIGHT!! with Claire Badenhorst
Claire Badenhorst is a leader in women's health research and believes health is the cornerstone for enabling individuals to reach their utmost potential in performance, for daily life, work, or during training. Armed with a PhD in Exercise and Sport Physiology, Claire is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at Massey University, New Zealand, and has a wealth of knowledge particularly delving into topics such as menstrual cycle dynamics, iron metabolism and deficiency risks, RED-s, and enhancing literacy around menstruation.
This members' workshop is your chance to pick her brain and ask everything and anything regarding women's health, so bring your questions along or send them in beforehand if you cannot make it so they will still be answered and available in the recording.
